- **Facilities Management**:

- Ensure the office is well-maintained, clean, and organized.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment and facilities.
- Oversee office security, including access control and alarm systems.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- **Human Resources Support**:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll processing.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
- **Financial Administration**:
