Get your start in the automotive Industry today We are looking at adding a fulltime accountant with expertise and experience in the accounting field. Tasks include Invoicing, report preparation, closing statements, documentation, monthly/yearly reports, financial statements, payrolls etc...
- Document financial transactions by entering account information
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Secure financial information by completing database reviews
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Perform month-end and year-end close process
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments
- Communicate with the reporting Manager on work status and client issues that arise
- Arrange the daily deposits of cash and cheques to the bank
- Monitor & handle petty cash funds and timely liquidations thereof.
- Develop and maintain a strong integrity towards the assigned duties and responsibilities; ensure to highlight important Accounting information to Reporting Authority/Management as and when required.
- Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and advising management on needed actions.
- Ensure all financial transactions are in line with country legislative taxation policies (Value Added Tax); submit the reports on the same as and when required.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing the tasks as needed.
- Office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, hotel, cars, restaurant reservations and other as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks, if any, indicated by the management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting field of studies
- UAE Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Zoho
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and quantitative skills
- Strong analytical and time-management skills
- Excellent multitasking and interpersonal abilities
Location is in Al Garhoud, Dubai. (5 mins walk from Metro station)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
