Accountant/Administrator

Administrative Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage company documentation, records, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement.
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff as required.
Accounting Duties:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledgers.
- Process payroll and manage employee reimbursements.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations, including VAT filing.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
