HR Policies Officer

HR Policies Officer**_Job Description:_**
- _Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resumé screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks._
- _Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions and completing required documentation._
- _Maintain employee records and human resources databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality._
- _Support employee relations by responding to and resolving employee questions, issues and grievances in a timely and professional manner._
- _Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation._
- _Coordinate and administer employee benefits and compensation programs, including leave management, insurance and payroll._
- _Assist in the development and delivery of training and development programs, including identifying training needs, planning sessions and evaluating program effectiveness._
- _Support performance management processes including assisting with goal setting, performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures._
**_Job Requirements:_**
- _Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field._
- _Additional certifications in HR or relevant fields is a plus._
**_Experience :_**
- _Familiarity with human resources employment processes, practices and laws._
