**Job Title**: HR Officer - European Background mandatory
**Location**: Dubai Marina, Dubai
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring effective HR practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and UAE labor laws.
- Manage employee performance appraisals and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with management to support HR strategies and initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR matters to employees and management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the UAE, including both basic and managerial HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in the UAE.
- Experience with European HR practices and regulations is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Relevant HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
- Valid work authorization to work in Dubai.
