**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Update patient records accurately in the electronic medical records system
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English Languare.
- Demonstrates a keen eye for detail.
- Empathy and compassion for patients and families.
