**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a timely manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meeting arrangements.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve visitor and client inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update contact databases and records.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Monitor and manage visitor access to ensure office security.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- **Skills and Abilities**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standard office environment with typical office hours.
- Occasional requirements to lift or move office supplies and equipment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
