Receptionist

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Greet and assist customers who visit the office.
- Provide administrative support to staff, such as scheduling appointments, preparing meeting rooms, and copying and faxing documents.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure that it is clean and presentable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a reception or administrative role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
