**Job Context**:
As the Head of Business Development at Doodle Inc., you will play a pivotal role in steering the overall business and administration functions. Your primary focus will be on revenue generation, leading the organization with strategic goals, client communication, client relationship management, and ensuring on-time delivery. This position requires an individual with a strong background in business development and management, capable of developing and implementing static business plans, achieving target revenue, and leading a dynamic team.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development.
- At least 3 years of experience as the Head of Business in the UAE, preferably under an Odoo partner.
- Proven track record of providing Odoo solutions in Hospitality and Tourism, Logistics and Transportation, Service Industry, and Manufacturing Industry.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Existing clientele is mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement static business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with business goals.

**Revenue Generation**:

- Generate target revenue through effective business development strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

**Client Communication and Relations**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients.
- Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.

**Industry Expertise**:

- Utilize expertise in providing Odoo solutions to Hospitality and Tourism, Logistics and Transportation, Service Industry, and Manufacturing Industry.

**Team Development and Leadership**:

- Develop and lead a high-performing business development team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.

**Overall Business Management**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations.
- Ensure efficient administration and adherence to organizational policies.

**Market Expansion**:

- Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.

**Client Acquisition**:

- Acquire new clients through effective sales and business development strategies.

**Financial Management**:

- Responsible for financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development.
- At least 3 years of experience as the Head of Business in the UAE, preferably under an Odoo partner.

Selling Odoo is mandatory
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Existing clientele is mandatory.
- Proven track record of providing Odoo solutions in relevant industries.

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
