**Job Summary**:
**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for retail, corporate, cargo, inbound tours, outbound tours, and MICE segments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Responsible for following company credit policies and ensuring profitability in line with set targets.
2. **Team Leadership and Performance Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and productivity.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and results.
3. **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders, principals and suppliers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
4. **Marketing and Brand Management**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Enhance brand presence and awareness through digital marketing, social media, events, and other channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing effectiveness to optimize strategies.
- Conduct market research and propose potential trade alliances and principals /supplier representations.
- Organize Roadshows to promote SNTTA products and services.
- Develop inbound business by ensuring participation in Trade Events (WTM, ATM, ITB, etc.).
- Oversee the Holidays (inbound and outbound) business and promote effectively to all channels and increase the market share.
- Ensure regular flyers/campaigns are carried out for Holidays and specials.
5. **Sales Process Optimization**:
- Streamline sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Ensure Cargo operations are within the rules & regulations of IATA, Airlines, and Ports & Customs and any other authorities.
- Identify and develop potential overseas markets for Inbound Tours to secure new business and nurture existing business.
6. **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the executive team.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
**7. General**
- Other common reasonable functions of a managerial position.
- Any other reasonable duties/responsibilities that may be assigned by the CEO from time to time.
- Comply with all the Company’s Policies, Manuals and Procedures.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or in a similar leadership role within the travel and cargo industry.
- Strong knowledge of the travel agency business, including retail, corporate, cargo, inbound/outbound tours, and MICE segments.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and turning around underperforming sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Proficient in CRM software, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
