As Client Coordination/Administrative Executive, your job mainly involves a combination of:
1) Coordination with clients to manage a live job list, follow up on work submitted for approval and occasionally on LPO/payment as also invoice submission

2) Coordinating with internal team and freelance designers/videographers on progress of jobs towards set deadlines

3) Preparation of quotations under the guidance of senior management, and coordination with the Accountant for preparation of invoices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
