Client Relations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Client Relations Coordinator with HACCP knowledge to join our team, preferably worked in
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize administrative tasks
- Receive and process LPOs
- Reply to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely manner
- Get orders from clients and ensure they are processed accurately
- Follow up with clients' complaints and ensure their issues are resolved
- Send orders to the workshop and follow up with delivery
- Keep track of employees' documents, insurance and car insurance and follow up on payments
- Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations and maintain all related documentation
- Train employees on HACCP policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility is HACCP compliant
- Manage the inventory of HACCP-related supplies and equipment
- Report any non-compliance issues to management immediately
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree or any other equivalent professional qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on customer service, preferably in F&B and hospitality field
- HACCP knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
