**What you’l**l love about your role as Gas Acquisition Manager, Middle Eas**t
You’ll be joining us in a newly-created role within our new Group Carbon Solutions team.

Our US business has been developing reliable, impactful and defensible carbon projects for over 12 years. Our new Group Carbon Solutions team will drive our customers’ sustainability and emissions agenda to the next level - delivering Lifecyle Refrigerant Management initiatives on a global scale.

Your core objective is to develop and secure refrigerant gas acquisition opportunities. You’ll achieve this by building partnerships with customers and industry partners in your region. This means taking a ‘hunter style’ approach to pursuing new prospects and closing new business.

**Who you are**

You’re an experienced sales professional with a hunter mentality. Your mission is to close new business. To you, sales is a numbers game and you’re always looking to be productive and convert more leads, in less time.

You have a track record of successful sales experience in industries like chemicals, environmental services, or HVAC. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but your proven track record in sales is what really matters.

You’re ready and willing to travel extensively and adapt to flexible working hours to meet customers and achieve sales targets.

You excel at building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers, partners, and regulatory authorities, leveraging your exceptional communication skills.

You’re proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce, which helps you manage your sales pipeline and customer interactions efficiently.

You consistently hit or exceed sales targets, demonstrating excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Plus, you have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ready to hit the road whenever needed.

- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of proven sales experience.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in a related industry such as chemicals, environmental services, HVAC.
- Strong willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Proficiency in utilising CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of sales disciplines and capacity for independent judgment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
