Yacht Charter Tele Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
As a Yacht Charter Tele-sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients and converting inquiries into bookings. You will be responsible for presenting our yacht charter services, understanding client needs, and providing tailored recommendations to close sales. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for luxury travel, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Management**: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, follow-up calls, and lead generation campaigns.
- **Client Consultation**: Understand client preferences, budgets, and requirements to recommend suitable yacht charter options.
- **Sales Process**: Guide clients through the booking process, including providing quotes, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements.
- **Customer Service**: Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional service throughout the booking process and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends, yacht charter destinations, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for generating leads and increasing sales.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in tele-sales, preferably in the travel or luxury sector, is highly desirable. Experience in yacht charter or maritime industries is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive and engaging telephone manner.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- **Personal Attributes**: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
