**Administrative Support Executive**

Role: Administrative Support Executive

Location: Dubai ( Sheikh Zayed Road, opp. WTC)

Job summary:
Responsible for all day-to-day customer service and admin support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attending calls and transferring to the respective department.
- Ability to coordinate with various departments.
- Courier Booking and maintaining track of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Fax to be checked and forwarded to the concerned person or department.
- Hotel Room Booking or Meeting Room Booking as per requirement.
- Stationery and grocery to be maintained appropriately and items to be ordered once or twice in a month as per requirement.
- Placing order for business cards, laptop / desktop, and mobile once new employee joins.
- Documentation scanning and uploading in BOX. Hard copy to be filed.
- Maintaining office, pantry, and meeting room standards in terms of cleanliness.
- Greeting guests and taking care of their needs.
- Arranging Team Building Activities
- Mobile and laptop repairing in coordination with employees.
- Petty cash handling.
- All other miscellaneous customer service and Operations support functions.
- Strong communication skills and
- Experience in Coordination with various departments.
- Time management skills
- An eye for detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- The ability to work independently.
