International company in Dubai is seeking a skilled and motivated Accountant/Office Manager to join their team. This multifaceted role encompasses a blend of accounting, administrative office tasks, and CEO calendar management.

**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting (50-60%)**:

- Manage the full spectrum of financial and cost accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and General Ledger.
- Conduct day-to-day finance and accounts operations efficiently.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and perform a full set of accounts.
- Conduct project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring, and controls.
- Oversee the timely preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, and cash-flow management reporting.
- Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams for cash flow forecasting and budgeting.

**Administrative Office Tasks (10-20%)**:

- Handle various administrative office tasks to support smooth daily operations.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.

**CEO Calendar Management (10-20%)**:

- Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Ensure effective communication and time management for the CEO.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance; additional qualifications will be considered.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial and management accounting.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Working experience in 1C is highly regarded.
- Based in Dubai.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
