Customer Support Executive

Location : AL KARAMA, Dubai
Description:
- Manage the client case system, ensuring inquiries are forwarded correctly; cases are moving forward to completion and rising alerts as needed.
- Issuing forms and carrying out clerical work.
- Handling telephone inquiries.
- Perform additional administrative duties.
- Schedule appointments, meetings for clients.
- Work with clients to gather necessary information & documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide information & assistance to clients regarding procedures.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years in Customer support.
- Should be highly organized and detail-oriented providing thorough and skillful administrative support to senior executives.
- Highly motivated, driven and committed individual.
- Good writing skills, strong command of English and great attention to detail.
- Able to deliver under pressure and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to communicate efficiently within the corporate environment.
- A flexible team player and can also work competently as an individual.
- Confident with good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
