Technical Administration Clerk

We are a leading company in ship registry and ship classification, providing certification and survey services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our technical team as a Technical Administration Clerk.
Position Overview:
As a Technical Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting surveyors in managing and organizing technical documentation related to ship classification surveys and certification. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all required technical documents are submitted and uploaded within specified timeframes, and that proper records are maintained for each case.
To communicate with Clients/ Ship Owners/ Ship Manager/ Ship Registry Administration/ Surveyors/ Port Authorities.... in line of the company activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to surveyors and the technical team.
Manage, track, and ensure all technical documents related to surveys and technical cases are provided and uploaded on time.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
Maintain an organized filing system for all technical documentation.
Communicate with clients and relevant stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
Update and maintain the database of technical documents.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to deadlines.
**Requirements**:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with maritime or technical documentation (an advantage but not essential).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
