We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data into computer systems, databases, spreadsheets, or other record-keeping software accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring that all records are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Assist in generating reports, charts, or other data analysis outputs based on the information in the database.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or gather additional information as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in archiving or disposing of records according to company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the department, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and other data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
