**Mailroom Clerk**:
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.-
- Operate mail processing equipment (e.g., postage meters, scanners).-
- Log and track packages, certified mail, and priority shipments.-
- Maintain accurate records of mail and package delivery.-
- Prepare and send outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.-
- Coordinate with courier services (e.g., UPS, FedEx).-
- Maintain mailroom supplies and inventory.-
- Assist with internal mail distribution and delivery.-
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive mail.-
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.**Job Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.-
- 1+ year of mailroom or administrative experience.-
- Basic knowledge of postal regulations and procedures.-
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.-
