ADMIN CLERK/ DATA CLERK
- Coordinating with Sales Team to ensure timely dispatch of deliveries
- Entering and updating orders into the system
- Preparing and updating packing lists
- Maintaining and managing inventory status
- Preparing re-export documents
- Coordinating with customers and resolving necessary concerns
- Maintaining inventory and coordinating with warehouse
- Maintaining list of deliveries of hold and updating sales team accordingly
- Maintaining record of forwarding items and updating forwarding and packing lists accordingly
- Maintaining balance position of the stock with sales team
- Checking invoices before they are being sent out
- Coordinating with the relevant teams with regards to shipments and other inward logistics requirements
- Inventory reconciliation
- Assist on various admin jobs
- Look after data entry work for all the group companies
- Taking care of all the relevant filing work
- Updating & maintaining relevant files
- Making & maintaining vouchers records
- Generating Invoices
- Getting Invoices approved, packed and given to relevant teams for dispatch
- Maintaining record of visitors and updating their details
- Filing and maintaining visiting card records
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Logistic Management.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
