**Rons Facility Management** is a leading organization in the Facilities Management/Technical Services sector, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team immediately.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Document Management**: Handle and maintain accurate records, including correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- **Communication**: Assist in managing internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and effective coordination.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and format documents and reports using MS Word, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all documentation and office practices adhere to company policies and standards.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other office software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
**Experience**:
- Administrative or Clerical Experience: 3 years (preferred)
