**JOB TITLE : Events & CRM Coordinator - ME**
**LOCATION : UAE**
**REPORTING TO : F&A BRAND DIRECTOR, MEIA**
**OVERVIEW**:
The Events & CRM Coordinator - ME will coordinate the execution of all Chloé events and client strategies in the region, and will play a key role in spreading the clienteling culture, approach and activities among all store teams in the Middle East.
He/she will define and build a comprehensive operational CRM strategy, considering the specificities of each country of the region, working on key projects for the Maison in close collaboration with the Fashion & Accessories Director, CRM and Events teams in HQ and the Retail/Boutique Managers.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Analytics & database management**
- Improve client reporting at regional level by analyzing CRM KPIs per market, campaign results, and share recaps
- Manage all boutiques in database cleansing requests (data cleansing, merging, client reassignments, etc.)
- Run regular client insights analysis to Boutique and Management level
**Clienteling**
- Manage clienteling campaigns including sharing deliverables with boutiques, ensure adoption and report on performance
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential business partners and clients
- Implement CRM strategies of the Maison per market/country and boutique, in coordination with the retail team
- Own the usage of Client Satisfaction tool, aligning with daily workflow requirements, in collaboration with the boutique managers
- Conduct workshops and trainings for the boutique teams to elevate clienteling mindsets and activities
- Assist boutiques with clienteling profiling based on event concepts
- Support the team in organizing personalized client experiences and 1:1 appointments
- Work closely with the retail managers to give insights, propose and develop action plans to achieve the CRM and sales targets
**Client Activations and Events**
- Identify opportunities and suggest boutique activations to increase visibility with targeted ROI
- Research and negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
- Manage 360° execution of local events & its operations together with the event and boutique teams, monitor flawless execution and prepare recaps
- Support in event management including fashion shows and store events
- Suggest and follow closely the gifting plan at regional level as per local needs
- Formalize the client treatments per market across different store typology/markets
- Run competitors analysis (on events, gifting, client animations), and propose ideas
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in CRM and Events, ideally within a luxury fashion house
- Business/Marketing degree, with knowledge in Marketing and Statistics/Analytics
- Excellent analytical skills, quantitative and statistical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (Salesforce, SAP is a plus)
- Strong organization, reporting and presentation skills
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to plan and set priorities
- Strong business acumen, ability to anticipate market needs, possesses knowledge of sales objectives to help maximize conversion and cross-selling
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
- Passionate, committed and eager to work in an international and challenging environment
- Attentive to details, ability to enforce deadlines and be able to multi-task through strong organizational and time management skills
