CRM Admin Support

**_ Experience working with Salesforce CRM a distinct advantage and will give you the edge. However we will consider other CRM systems once your background is financial services._**
Reporting to the Managing Director, the CRM Administrator will be an integral part of the team’s success.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assists Senior Executive BD Team with researching, preparing, and documenting sales efforts by performing the following duties:
- Prepare proposals and engagements for Business Development team and operational team as required.
- Coordinate and manage senior executive meetings & reporting as needed (BD calls, Regional Updates).
- Prepare and collate presentations packs for pitches.
- Support the business development team with coordination of programs, events, or conferences within the region (Roadshows, Global Waystone visitor coordination, networking events, Golf days etc.)
- Provide Executive Assistance support by managing an active calendar of appointments for the Managing Director, Plan, coordinate and ensure schedules are followed and respected).
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compile documents for travel-related meetings for the Managing Director.
- Assist with regional (ME/APAC) marketing plan and execution of marketing events.
- Local marketing assistance (business cards and brochures on request by BD).
- Special projects where needed.
**Education/Experience**:
You will hold a degree and have gained some financial services administration experience in a fast-paced working environment.
**Language Ability**:
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and sales presentations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of clients, customers, and the public.
**Reasoning Ability**:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
