Renewals Executive

**Location: Dubai, UAE**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Following up on the renewals with the clients
- Supporting the senior renewal executive in finishing the tasks as and when required.
- Achieving the monthly targets assigned for the renewals
- Responsible for extracting, collating, and analyzing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports for the Management using CRM and ERP.
- Meeting clients and assisting them in filling out the forms properly.
- Booking and scheduling driver requests for clients or Renewals Agents.
- Supporting Renewals team in times of high load and absence.
- Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses.
- Evaluating business activities to assess compliance risk.
- Setting plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
- Selling ancillary services to existing clients like Banking services, bookkeeping, etc.
- Assist existing clients with Amendments, upgrades, etc.
- Actively reach out to the DZ database to upsell

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Previous experience in company formation and business set-up is preferred.
- Relevant background in sales is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- Currently based in Dubai
- Available to start work as soon as possible
