PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide Document Control support to Brownfield and Decommissioning projects.
- Ensure all Projects documentation is co-ordinated in accordance with the EnQuest Document Control Procedures.
- Assist the Document Control team with the checking, issue, receipt and tracking of all Projects documentation.
- Update, issue and manage documentation in EDMS.
- Allocate document and drawing numbers.
- Manage the distribution matrixes and ensure documentation is issued to correct personnel.
- Close out document review processes and transmit comments to contractors
- Respond in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support from projects engineering
- Provide reports on contractor’s performance against KPIs
- Provide training to end users on the EDMS and DCC processes.

- Understanding of the Document Control process.
- Working knowledge of Document Control systems.
- To have a clear understanding of the purpose of Document Management and the benefits to the business.
- To understand the roles and responsibilities of document control within the technical environment.
- To understand the different types of technical documents.
- Excellent organisational skills and smart working methods.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent interface skills at all levels along with a desire to take on responsibility and drive workloads to effective resolution.
- Strong analytical capability to visualise and capture root cause.
- Must be dynamic and adaptable.

Experience
- Experience and detailed knowledge of Projects Document Control processes.
- Experience in document management systems.
