Office Manager/sales Coordinator

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to oversee our office operations and support sales team. This role requires a strong ability to manage office orders, coordinate sales activities, and maintain efficient workflows both in-office and online.
(6days/week in the office but should be online in 7days as per Managing Director/4650 AED)

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in Admin/sales coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success.
Office location is in Dubai Investment Park 2, and we understand that travel time is a great factor, please consider when applying.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
