**Position**:

Chaumet is looking for a **Middle East High-Jewelry Manager**. Reporting directly to the Retail Director Middle East, you will build and develop HJ business in the Middle East region through clearly defined HJ strategy and action plans such as recruit new HJ clients, increase the annual purchases per client, support retail staff to ensure a customer-centric approach and exceptional service to VIP clients but also clarify the right HJ merchandising strategy in the region.

**MISSIONS**

HJ Business Development:

- Support Middle East Retail Director in developing the region’s HJ strategy, budget, KPIs and efficient action plans.
- Coach and support the retail staff in the region in order to achieve HJ sales targets (frequent field visits, acceleration on HJ clients acquisition, boost HJ selling skills and client-centric mindset with the support of the local trainer, develop new business opportunities both inside and outside the boutiques, special orders, etc).
- Build a HJ talent pipeline in key boutiques in Middle East and define specific functional management plan
- Manage the HJ merchandising strategy in collaboration with the headquarter (stock/allocations, forecasts, etc)

HJ events & clienteling:

- Annual local HJ events planning & global brand event preparation (timing, attendance, sales targets, etc)
- Initiate and/or prepare for VIP trips, HJ related events and special VIP treatment in collaboration with the Marketing manager and with retail staff
- Travel and participate in local/overseas HJ events with VIP clients

HJ Market Intelligence:

- Build a very strong understanding and foundation of HJ market/Talents in Middle East
- Able to preempt the competitors’ initiatives in HJ events and collections to report to HQ and Middle East teams

Internal relations:

- Work with key HQ stakeholders such as product Marketing, Merchandising, HJ, Event and Retail Excellence teams
- Collaborate with key local stakeholders such as CRM, Training, Sales & Operations managers

**Profile**:

- Graduated from a business school or equivalent university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail with significant experience in HJ and/or dealing with HNWI. Experience in the luxury sector (Hotels, services, Luxury brands, etc.) is a plus
- Interest in the watches and jewelry sector
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Capacity of being organized and demanding
- Dynamic, pro-active and structured
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French would be a plus
- This position implies around 30% of the time travelling in the region
