Our store not only offers stunning jewelry but also provides additional services such as ear piercing and personalized styling advice.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build long-lasting relationships.
- Assist customers in selecting gold jewelry pieces that suit their style, occasion, and preferences.
- Offer professional ear piercing services following hygiene and safety protocols.
- Provide expert styling advice to customers, including recommendations on jewelry stacking and layering.
- Manage in-store social media content, including styling tips, product highlights, and promotions.
- Assist in keeping the store well-presented, including maintaining product displays and stock levels.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.
- Ability to provide styling advice and demonstrate a strong understanding of jewelry trends, especially layering and stacking.
- Experience in ear piercing is a plus, but training can be provided.
- Skilled in social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Energetic, outgoing, and joyful personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about gold jewelry and helping customers express their unique style.
