Jewelry Salesman

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing personalized service and guidance on jewelry selection.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current inventory, trends, and materials to effectively educate customers.

Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, including receiving, displaying, and maintaining merchandise.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Checkout Processes: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit payments.

Store Presentation: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.

Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their shopping experience.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree, High school diploma or equivalent;
3+ years relevant experience as jewelry salesman preferred.

Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of jewelry styles, materials, and trends is a plus.

Good knowledge in 18kt, 22kt and diamond jewelry ornaments.

Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple languages
