Qualifications and Skills
MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT & supporting Accounting EXPERIENCE (Minium 1-2 years' experience)
- Upbeat positive attitude.
- Ready to learn.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Familiar with Basic Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to think and act independently, anticipate needs, and move work forward with mínimal supervision.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Other administrative duties as required.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Preparing Cash Receipts/Acknowledgements
- Data entry
- Manage Broker Invoices/Receipts
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Payment Follow up with the clients, if required.
- Client & Broker Relations customer service.
- Accounting knowledge.
**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Internet City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
