This person must have a customer-first mindset, strong acumen toward zero-tolerance processes and initiatives, strong project management capabilities, understanding of back-end and front-end of the Salesforce programming platform, ability to manage teams, and an ability to be hands-on as well.
- Experience with PropertyStrength platform within Salesforce would be an added benefit. Though, this is not a showstopper requirement.
- Objectives of this role Take responsibility for development of new implementations, solutions, and execution of changes and enhancements to existing solutions in support of business requirements.
- Work along-side other Salesforce Manager(s) to execute strategies and long-term vision to craft and maintain best-in-class Salesforce architecture products.
- Work along-side team of Salesforce developers, QA resources, Admin and Support resources to ensure right delivery of services to business stakeholders.
- Ensure zero-tolerance approach and best practices &processes to mitigate risks that could lead to reputation, financial and/ or operational damages, especially when the platform has significant sensitive external and internal PII data.
- Lead and participate in the full software development life cycle from design to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Ensure the right deployment strategy and control measures on deployments. Execute project and process requirements and convert to concrete and timely deliverable. Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Execute high quality governance and compliance across the Salesforce eco-system. Maintain documentation related to Salesforce development and deployment processes.
- Provide technical support whenever required. Ensure data security and compliance within Salesforce systems & integration touch points. Participate in strict code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers and the teams.
- Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with Salesforce developers and other resources, departments, stakeholders, and research teams throughout the process.
- Validation and whitespace analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities. Be a key contributor to the Technology team, and ensure strong partnership across the functions (Marketing, CRM, Collections, Sales, Finance, Community Management, etc.)
- Be accountable for Salesforce landscape architecture and broader solution architecture and integration of internal and vendor based IT solutions, working with colleagues from across the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Micro-manage the roadmap and backlog for all digital products, ensuring that IT delivers capabilities on time and per expectation.
- Micro-manage requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with Departments/ Business Units to micro-specify key capabilities needed. Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.

**Required skills** **and qualifications**:

- 8-10 years of experience in Senior Salesforce roles. Confident decision maker - make straightforward decisions and know when to seek backup. Experience with Sales & CRM Cloud primarily.
- Experience in Service and Marketing Cloud will be an added benefit. Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, Native, VisualForce, LWC and AURA, but not limited to. Sound knowledge of creating REST APIs and consuming the APIs.
- Experience in the Migration of Data from Salesforce. Worked with Social Media Integrations.
- Hands-on experience on APEX, SOQL, SOSL. Hands-on with Test class deployments.
- Working knowledge of LWC (Lightning Web Components), Events, Component Life Cycle, Using Public Properties, Wire methods. Expert in Security Model of Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Lightning Aura Components, JavaScript Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
- Passion to solve customer and business problems.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Manager, with a focus on real estate industry solutions. Salesforce certifications, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, are highly desirable.
- Proven experience leading successful Salesforce implementation projects from conception to completion

**Salary**: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
