We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our holiday homes company in Abu Dhabi. As the Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with different stake holders in the holiday homes industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and profitability for the holiday homes business
- Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales plans to close deals with property owners and managers in the holiday homes industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop a deep understanding of the holiday homes industry and stay up-to-date with market trends, including competitor analysis and benchmarking
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with property owners and managers to ensure successful deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials that target the holiday homes industry
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful execution of sales plans for the holiday homes business

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the holiday homes or Real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in managing relationships with property owners and managers in the holiday homes industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with experience in contract negotiation for holiday homes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
