Job Posting: Title Officer
Position: Title Officer Location: Al Sajja - Sharjah Department: Dispatch & Operations Reports To: Head of Department and Managers
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Title Management: Track and manage titles for all purchased vehicles from IAA and Copart.
- Follow-Up: Ensure that titles are handed over to the transporter. If not, provide the mailing address to dispatch the titles.
- Tracking: Maintain FedEx or USPS tracking information and check regularly for updates.
- Title Processing: Handle and process BOS (Bill of Sale) and LIEN titles.
- Reporting: Provide daily reports to the head of the department and managers regarding title status and processing progress.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in title processing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in tracking and managing documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
