1. **Serve refreshments** to staff and visitors, including tea, coffee, and water.

2. **Maintain office cleanliness**, including cleaning desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.

3. **Assist with clerical tasks**, such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.

4. **Ensure office supplies are stocked** and report when replenishment is needed.

5. **Run errands** within the office or nearby locations as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
