Corporate Administration Manager

A leading Financial Consulting/advisor firm is looking to hire Corporate Administration Manager, in Dubai.
As the Corporate Administration Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and CFO on owning and enhancing the corporate governance of our portfolio companies. Your core focus areas include: - Maintaining records of corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations for each entity.
**Skills and Required Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years experience in corporate administration or company secretarial industry - A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Law
- Excellent report writing, communication and IT skills (Strong knowledge of MS Office suite)
- Confident knowledge of the relevant aspects of company law and corporate transactions
- Excellent attention to detail with a willingness to learn new things and strive for steady improvement;
- Ability to work in a team of international co-workers;
- Previous management of the Company Secretarial function for private limited companies
- Xero accounting software experience
- Executive Assistant experience to a mid-market company’s CEO
- A professional degree such as CMA, IABA or any other chartered qualification
**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
