**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize networking and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to identify and engage potential leads.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the customer base.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation roles.
- Proven experience in generating leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
