_Job Responsibilities: _
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Assist Human Resources Department with recruitment, attendance, employee requests and documentation.
- Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
- Responsible for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
- Carry out other assignments that may be given by the management or supervisors.
- Qualification: _
- Graduate or equivalent in related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong in Arabic and English language
- Ability to multitask.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
