- Осуществлять переадресацию телефонных звонков/электронных писем и распределение корреспонденции
- Обрабатывать запросы и вопросы соответствующим образом
- Составлять отчеты, презентации и краткие записки
- Разрабатывать и поддерживать файловую систему офиса
- Управлять CRM и контролировать другие порталы по рекламе недвижимости
- Представлять необходимые документы для получения права собственности на каждый объект
- Контролировать остатки товаров для продажи
- Создавать и поддерживать таблицы в Excel и предоставлять отчеты руководству
- Составлять, редактировать и готовить письма, аддендумы и договоры, связанные с недвижимостью
- Отвечать на запросы, помогать клиентам
- Собирать, организовывать и точно завершать документы для офисных записей
- Редактировать фотографии недвижимости
- Управлять маркетингом в социальных сетях (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn и др.)
