**Responsibilities**:
**Training Sales Process**:
- Develop and deliver effective training programs focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
- Continuously assess and update the sales training curriculum to ensure it aligns with current market trends and company goals.
**Training Manuals and Materials**:
- Create, maintain, and improve training manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to the team.
**Mock Calls**:
- Organize and conduct mock calls to simulate real-life customer interactions.
- Provide detailed feedback and coaching to help employees improve their call handling skills.
**Soft Skill Training**:
- Develop and implement training programs focused on enhancing soft skills such as communication, empathy, problem-solving, and time management.
- Ensure that all employees understand the importance of soft skills in delivering exceptional customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a training leadership role, preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong background in sales training and development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
