Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:_
- This role is responsible to ensure the development, facilitation and successful implementation of the Retail Business model and secure continuous improvement of business performance for all type of stores in the Retail business of Emerging markets. Furthermore, this role is responsible for driving a seamless customer mono-branded experience through the sharing of the latest tools, information, training, and proactive follow-up to maximize the profitability of the DTC _Sales organization _by managing projects to decrease complexity, increase productivity and ensure corporate compliance at field level for all stores in all clusters._
- Key Responsibilities:_
- _Independently take ownership of assigned project work, to ensure the delivery of project plans on time and within agreed objectives._
- _Support the Director DTC Retail Operations Excellence to deliver on large scale strategic projects. _
- _Complete pre-project analysis, capturing current processes and practices across Clusters and seek existing out best in class resources from Global and other markets._
- _Build comprehensive project plans for each project including success measures from all stakeholders, commercial implications, and timelines._
- _Ensure implementation of projects at cluster level through strong interaction model and follow up._
- _Track progress of ongoing initiatives and measure the success using data and analytics._
- _Gain feedback and buy in from Clusters and key stakeholders on policy/project drafts to ensure end product is understood and supported._
- _Take ownership for all compliance training and documentation. Work with other internal stakeholders including Legal and Internal Control to develop and deliver compliance materials on related processes._
- _Drive a culture of sharing and adopting global best practices across all Clusters._
- _Lead key initiatives focused on Retail Operations enhancements to be implemented in all key locations._
- _Act as expert point of contact for Clusters around all Retail Excellence topics._
- _Other duties as requested by your manager._

- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_:_
- _Advanced user of MS Office suite of products._
- _Strong project management skills, influential skills for remote management and understanding of the organization._
- _Fluent in English._
- _Additional languages are an advantage._
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:_
- _University degree in business, ideally with sales focus or equivalent professional experience._
- _4-5 years Retail operations experience._
- _Understanding of Retail, Finance, Internal Control._
- _Industry experience in Sports/Fashion/FMCG._
