Sensia Consulting is a business consulting firm that is involved in various projects helping them achieve their maximum potential.

We are currently looking for a skilled secretary for our CEO to join us immediately.

**Job Role**
- Coordinate and manage the daily schedule and appointments
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update records
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Visa Validity - At least 1 month
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive secretary or similar role, preferably in a corporate or a start-up setting.
- Experience working with senior executives and managing their schedules.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective correspondence and interaction.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including document editing and proofreading.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Fluency in English.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
