**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with basic office coordination and event support as needed.
- Proactively promote and upsell our products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support the sales team by generating leads and following up on inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Sales skills with the ability to confidently pitch products and handle client objections.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Admin/Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
