**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Answer snd direct phone calls, maintain contact list
- organize and schedule appointments
- Reply to emsil, trkephone or face to face inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
