**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.

2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

3. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

4. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.

5. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

6. Assist with food industry-related tasks, including inventory management, compliance documentation, and regulatory reporting.

7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

8. Provide administrative support to management as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.

2. Experience working in the food industry, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.

3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Strong attention to detail.

7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.

9. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
