**Comprehensive Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and facilitate all leasing activities, from initial contact to the signing of agreements.
- Proactively market available properties to prospective tenants through advertising, property viewings, and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive market studies to set competitive rental rates and terms.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are ready for occupancy.
- Regularly liaise with existing tenants, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Handle lease renewals, negotiations, and terminations efficiently and legally, ensuring that properties are leased prior to the expiration of each contract or anticipated vacancy to maintain consistent income.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all contracts are compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Attend property viewings with potential lessees, explaining features and benefits of each property.
- Keep detailed records of all leasing activities, which includes tenant communications, signed leases, waiting lists, and forecasted vacancies.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, laws, and regulations in the real estate market in Abu Dhabi.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials for available properties.
- Regularly report leasing metrics and insights to senior management.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in property leasing or real estate in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to successfully promote and lease properties to potential clients.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- Familiarity with the property market trends and pricing in Abu Dhabi.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic would be advantageous.

**Working Conditions**:
The role will require regular travel between properties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for leasing. Working hours may extend during peak leasing seasons or during particular promotional events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leasing Shops, Warehouses, and Labour accommodations: 3 years (required)
