**Job Description**:

- As a leasing agent, you will be responsible for managing and doing your best to close the leads received from the property portals (Property finder, Bayut and Dubizzle).
- Also, you will be responsible to find new properties which can be listed in the property portals.
- Conducting viewing appointments, registering clients and sending suitable properties.
- Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability to clients.
- Partnering with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties within the identified target market.
- Drafting leasing contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions.
- Ensuring that all real estate transactions are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale, or lease of properties.

**Requirements**:

- Abu Dhabi Real Estate Experience preferred
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, promote teamwork, and knowledge sharing to achieve goals and deliverables
- Positive and Intelligent personality with good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills
- Pleasant & Trustworthy
- Driving License (preferred)
