The Lloyd's List Intelligence Customer Success team is an enthusiastic, flexible team who are always pushing themselves to understand their customers and how our services can enable them to be successful. The team spans 3 global regions and is supportive and collaborative to resolve issues and engage with customers. Our success is measured by performance SLA, increasing our customer usage and developing leads along side account managers.
Job Description
Middle East regional Customer Success, this role will support customers with all global inbound enquiries during working hours and proactively outreach to onboard, support and train customers in region. This role will work closely with the wider busy, enthusiastic global team starting the morning alongside APAC colleagues and continuing to end of day with the UK team. Customer enquiries will typically be for support with access, content and any technical issues associated with our mostly online maritime intelligence services. This role will require a great deal of personal training and development to understand this thriving sector working alongside our commercial, product, marketing and content teams.
Qualifications
Demonstrable B2B Client Relationship Management experience, proven track record
Admin experience with proven attention to detail
Some commercial exposure
Product and industry knowledge desirable
Continuous improvement experience e.g. Sixth Sigma
