Sales Manager (Water Purification Systems)
**Objective**:
To lead the sales team in promoting and selling water purification systems to new and existing clients, achieving sales targets, and expanding the market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and support.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of water purification systems to clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role, preferably in the water purification industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the water purification market.
**Skills**:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

**Salary**: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
