Sales Manager:
We are a dynamic motorcycle rental company committed to providing exceptional experiences to motorcycle enthusiasts and travelers. Our fleet includes a wide range of motorcycles to cater to the diverse preferences of our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our sales efforts, manage bookings, and ensure a seamless rental experience for our customers.
**Role Overview**:
As the Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales and booking operations. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing motorcycle bookings, and coordinating the delivery routes for our customers. This role requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and a passion for motorcycles and customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Booking Management**: Handle all aspects of motorcycle bookings, including reservation processing, scheduling, and confirmation. Ensure accuracy in booking details and customer requirements.
- **Delivery Coordination**: Arrange and optimize delivery routes for motorcycle drop-offs and pickups. Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of motorcycles to customers.
- **Customer Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Gather feedback to improve services and customer experience.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies to reach new customers and markets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- **Inventory Management**: Work closely with the inventory to monitor motorcycle availability and manage fleet allocations based on bookings and demand.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the motorcycle or rental industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Passion for motorcycles and a good understanding of the motorcycle rental market.
- Proficiency in using booking and Shopify software.
- A valid motorcycle license is a plus.
